Collagen Stimulation | Skin Renewal | Regenerative Support
Ariessence™
Regenerative aesthetics uses collagen-stimulating treatments, platelet-based therapies and advanced skin treatments to support gradual improvement in skin quality, texture and facial support.
Some options use components derived from your own blood. Others use biostimulatory injectables, microneedling, radiofrequency microneedling or topical regenerative products. The right plan depends on what you want to improve, your skin, your anatomy and how much downtime you prefer.
Selected treatments are designed to stimulate collagen production or support the skin's natural remodeling response over time.
PRP and EZ Gel begin with a blood draw and use platelet-based components prepared from your own blood for treatment.
Microneedling, RF microneedling and regenerative adjuncts can be used to address texture, fine lines and overall skin quality.
Different regenerative treatments work in different ways, so treatment selection begins with your concerns rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Each treatment works differently. Our aesthetic provider will evaluate your skin and recommend the treatment, or combination of treatments, that best aligns with your concerns and goals.
Ariessence™ Pure PDGF+ is a topical regenerative product formulated with recombinant human platelet-derived growth factor BB (PDGF-BB) and hyaluronic acid.
It can be incorporated into selected skin-renewal plans, including after procedures that create controlled microchannels, when our aesthetic provider determines it is appropriate.

EZ Gel is prepared from your own blood using a platelet-rich fibrin process that creates an injectable gel without relying on a traditional manufactured dermal filler.
It may be used when the goal is subtle soft-tissue support combined with an autologous treatment approach. Placement and treatment strategy are individualized to your anatomy.
Explore EZ Gel →
Microneedling creates controlled microscopic channels in the skin to initiate a wound-healing response and support collagen remodeling.
It can be considered for concerns such as rough texture, fine lines, enlarged-looking pores and selected acne scarring, and it may also be paired with regenerative topical or platelet-based treatments.

PRP and EZ Gel use components prepared from your own blood. Sculptra stimulates collagen through a biostimulatory injectable. Microneedling and Sylfirm X create controlled tissue responses, while PDGF and exosome products may be used as topical adjuncts in selected treatment plans.
Our aesthetic provider evaluates your skin, anatomy, goals, medical history and preferred recovery before deciding which approach makes sense.
Regenerative and collagen-stimulating treatments may be considered when the goal is gradual improvement in skin quality or facial support.
Depending on the treatment, concerns may include fine lines, rough texture, loss of skin quality, mild laxity, facial volume changes or acne scarring.
Candidacy varies by treatment. Medical history, medications, skin condition, facial anatomy, treatment area and expectations can all affect which options are appropriate.
Your consultation allows our aesthetic provider to determine whether one regenerative treatment or a combination of approaches best fits your goals.
Your experience will vary by treatment, but every plan begins with an evaluation and clear guidance about preparation, treatment and recovery.
EVA 3D skin analysis gives our aesthetic provider a detailed view of the skin to help identify visible concerns and guide a more personalized treatment plan.
We evaluate your skin and facial anatomy, discuss your goals, review relevant history and determine which regenerative approach may be appropriate.
Preparation depends on the treatment. Platelet-based therapies begin with a blood draw, while injectable and skin procedures have their own treatment-specific preparation.
Recovery varies by procedure. Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness or bruising can occur depending on the treatment performed.
Some changes are visible sooner, while collagen remodeling and other biologic responses can continue to develop over the weeks and months after treatment.
Our aesthetic provider will give you treatment-specific preparation and aftercare instructions so you know what to expect before and after your procedure.
Results and longevity vary depending on the regenerative treatment used, the concern being treated and your individual response.
Some regenerative treatments are designed around gradual collagen remodeling, while others may provide earlier visible changes alongside continued improvement over time.
Some patients may also benefit from a treatment series or periodic maintenance to support long-term skin quality. Our aesthetic provider can recommend a schedule based on your treatment plan and response.
The right regenerative treatment starts with understanding what you want to improve and how each option works.
Our aesthetic team can evaluate your concerns and help determine which treatment, or combination of treatments, makes sense for you.

Regenerative aesthetics is a broad term for treatments intended to support tissue renewal, collagen remodeling or biologic signaling. These treatments do not all work through the same mechanism, so the evidence and expected results should be considered individually.
PRP and PRF are both prepared from a patient's own blood, but preparation methods and the resulting platelet, fibrin and cellular composition differ. EZ Gel uses a platelet-rich fibrin-based preparation processed into a gel-like injectable. A systematic review of injectable PRF for facial rejuvenation found promising findings while noting the need for larger controlled studies and standardized protocols.
A Vampire Facial combines microneedling with platelet-rich plasma prepared from your own blood. A systematic appraisal of PRP in facial rejuvenation included PRP alone and in combination with treatments such as microneedling and found encouraging results while noting limitations in the overall evidence.
Sculptra® contains poly-L-lactic acid and is used as a biostimulatory injectable. Rather than functioning primarily as an immediately volumizing gel, it is intended to stimulate collagen and produce gradual change. A systematic review of poly-L-lactic acid in facial aesthetics evaluated its effectiveness, durability and adverse events.
Bellafill® combines polymethylmethacrylate microspheres with a bovine collagen carrier. Its mechanism is distinct from platelet-based therapies and biostimulators such as Sculptra, but it can provide longer-term structural support after the collagen carrier provides initial correction.
Traditional microneedling creates controlled microscopic channels mechanically. RF microneedling adds radiofrequency energy delivered through the needles for an additional controlled thermal effect. A systematic review of microneedling for facial rejuvenation evaluated outcomes including wrinkles, texture, photoaging and laxity.
Ariessence™ Pure PDGF+ is a topical cosmetic formulation containing recombinant human PDGF-BB and hyaluronic acid. It may be incorporated into selected treatment plans after procedures that create controlled microchannels. Recommendations should be based on the specific product, procedure and patient rather than broad claims about PDGF generally.
Exosomes are extracellular vesicles involved in cell-to-cell signaling. In aesthetics, topical exosome products may be used as adjuncts to selected skin procedures. A systematic review of exosome-based approaches in skin rejuvenation describes promising research while emphasizing that evidence, products and protocols remain heterogeneous.
Sometimes. Different treatments may address different components of skin aging, but combination plans need to account for mechanism, treatment intensity, recovery and sequencing. The systematic appraisal of PRP facial rejuvenation studies documents variation in combination protocols.
There is no single schedule because these treatments work differently. Microneedling, platelet-based therapies, RF microneedling and Sculptra can each involve different treatment series and timelines. Your plan should be individualized around the treatment selected, your goals and how you respond.
Safety depends on the specific treatment, product, injection technique, treatment depth and patient. Expected temporary effects can include redness, swelling, tenderness or bruising. The systematic review of facial microneedling includes safety outcomes, while newer biologic adjuncts should be evaluated according to their specific evidence and intended use.
