Candidates for Lip Augmentation

To determine if you would make a good candidate for lip augmentation, you will first have to schedule a consultation with Dr. Balikian or his Aesthetic injectors in his Temecula Valley facility. During this time, they will discuss the details of the procedure in more depth and perform an assessment of your lips to help develop the ideal treatment plan for you. He will also ask about your medical history to ensure that you are in good physical and mental health.

Preparing For Your Lip Augmentation Treatment

We advise patients to avoid using blood-thinning medications such as Aspirin, Ibuprofen, or Omega-3 Fish Oils for one week before any injection to help decrease the risk of bruising. In addition, avoiding alcohol a few nights before injection and taking the herbal medication arnica may help decrease the risk of bruising.
